Boulder Park Rail Jam 1 & 2
BOTH RAIL JAM EVENTS ARE ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 12, 2019
All athletes must be USASA members and have an active membership.
Pre-registration at
usasa.org for each event is $25.00 Registration online will end at Midnight, Thursday, January 10th, 2019.
Day of registration will be available for $30.00 each event from 8 am – 9 am both Saturday and Sunday
NOTE: Please renew all memberships or become a member of USASA before the weekend. No memberships will be taken onsite. Log into
usasa.org to join or renew. Full and one-day membership available online.
Lift Tickets:
Athlete: $30
Coaches: Need to bring a letter from your mountain and bring to guest services to receive a ticket. (Reminder to all coaches: You must be in good standing with USASA and not in pending status to be with athletes during the competition.)
Bibs:
If you have your bibs from last year, BRING THEM! We will be using the same bibs as last year. If you do not have them, you will be charged $20 for a new one to keep for the season.
If you have more than one bib, we will buy them back for the $10 we charged last year.
Check-in:
All athletes must check in during registration, 8 am – 9 am to sign mountain waiver and be sure you are on the start list. If you are under 18 years old, a legal guardian must be with you to sign.

8 am – 9 am – Registration – Big Boulder Park Lodge
9:15 am – 10 am Rail Jam 1 Open Practice on Plaza II
10:10 am – Riders Meeting with all athletes at top of course (Heats will be announced)
10:20 am – Heat 1 (Heats Divided by age groups – Additional Heats will follow Heat 1)
Awards ~2:30 pm in Boulder Park Lodge

12:00 pm – 12:20 pm Riders Meeting with all athletes at top of course (Heats will be announced)
12:30 pm – Heat 1 (Heats Divided by age groups – Additional Heats will follow Heat 1)
Awards ~2:30 pm in Boulder Park Lodge
(Regional Champion Rankings for Rail Jams are based on the best 3 results for the season. All ties that occur in the regional ranking at the end season when determining the Regional Champion will be broken in the following manner:
1. Compare the next best result in that discipline during the current season.
2. Compare the best result in the latest competition of the season in that discipline that a tied competitor is entered.
